Roger co-directs the 70-person Empowering Leaders division of Novo, an agency of 500 missionaries sent to multiply movements of the gospel and mobilize the church for that mission around the world. Roger and Julie have a global focus and are based in South Carolina. They previously served in Japan for 25 years and have two sons and three grandchildren.
