*  A visa for the coming year

*  I reconnected with a local friend recently who has really grown in her faith and is fired up about sharing the gospel with others.  It's great to see her thriving in her faith!

*  I've had several weekend trips lately to connect with American friends or friends of friends who are in China for various reasons.  As my circle of American friends in Macau has become smaller and         

   smaller, I've really been blessed by these connections.  I've felt God meeting this desire of mine to sometimes just hang out with other like-minded foreigners in China.

Prayer Requests:

*  The team coming from HU will be doing homestays with local English teachers.  Please pray for the 9 families that will be hosting them, that they'll see God's love through the testimony of the team members.

*  My friend who lost her husband to a heart attack about 3 months ago is still dealing with heavy grief.  She still isn't getting much sleep or eating much.  Please continue to pray for her.

*  WIth my age and current visa restrictions in mainland China, it looks like I won't be able to keep working there past age 60.  However, I'd like to work until 67 if my health stays good, to reach full retirement age in the USA.  This is not an urgent issue, but I'm starting to ask God what He has for me if I need to leave China at that time.  As it comes to mind, please join me in asking Him to prepare the perfect place and role for me in the future.  He always knows best!
