Prayer Requests
*Arabic-speaking Church Plant (Lincoln Grace Fellowship): Praise for fairly consistent attendance at the Arabic church plant. Praise for a recent profession of faith, and pray for the spouse to follow suit.
-Pray for total commitment and growth on the part of attendees.
-Recently, there have been several deaths in these communities: pray we’re able to continue to give room for mourning while also presenting hope in Christ.
*Church Plant people: Pray for the salvation of Zee’s wife and son who are still in Iraq but should be able to join him here in the next few months.
-Praise that Sam now has a full-time job, and pray he can get a car soon.
-Praise that Tanni has won full custody of her three young children, and pray for her continued spiritual growth, and for a friend she recently brought with her to church.
-Pray for the two sisters who have been attending church on and off, that the Lord will give them understanding of the gospel.
*Bible Clubs: Praise for better attendance at Bible Clubs this term, and for adequate help.
-Pray the Lord will open clubbers’ hearts, and for safety with transportation.
-Also pray for a new venue for next school year's Bible Clubs, as the building we are presently using has been sold and the church that meets there will be relocating.
*ESL: Praise for good attendance again at the ESL ladies’ class this term. Pray for the Lord's work in hearts.
*Family: Praise and pray as Matthew and Belle continue to prepare for their wedding in April 2025. Praise for a sweet relationship with our daughter Amanda. Pray for grace and joy with Mum Bejjani's care (Therese is now 88).
*Last but not least, give thanks with us for God's immeasurable, unconditional, unlimited, undeserved lovingkindness. Michael Card, in his book, Inexpressible: Hesed and the Mystery of God's Lovingkindness, writes this on page 5: "Hesed: When the person from whom I have a right to expect nothing gives me everything."
