For our staff and student leaders to continue with perseverance and hope. Some mental health struggles and discouragement with students not showing up or “ghosting” our leaders has caused some to stop reaching out to people around them and has brought confusion as to what God is doing. Pray for protection for these leaders, and for them to trust God as they keep going. Pray for God to bring people from places we do not expect right now.
For many more students to sign up for our Fall Retreat, hosted in Cedar Rapids on October 9-10, with the other Navigator ministries across Iowa.
For our leadership transition meeting next Thursday, Oct 1. We are having a day-long meeting with our supervisor and the next Iowa State campus directors to pray, plan, and discuss the transition that will take place early next year as we hand off the leadership of the ISU Navigators ministry. Please pray for all of us to listen to and be led by the Holy Spirit and for wisdom in our planning.
For us personally as we grieve the loss of Ashley’s maternal grandmother on September 11.
