Start your morning with faith, fellowship and gentle movement! Join us for a delicious brunch and warm conversation followed by some light, senior-friendly chair exercise designed to keep you active and energized. There will also other activities such as games, or you could even bring your fishing pole.
Let's celebrate the strength God gives us as we care for our bodies and connect with one another in Christ's love. We can't wait to see you there!

Cost: RSVP for breakfast by Thursday, June 10. Cost is $12 per person, payable at the door. If you want to attend the program only, you do not need to register. The program will begin by 9:30 AM.

Young at Heart is for those who are 55+. The events provide the opportunity for connection with others in the same life stage and encourages people to continue to take steps in their spiritual formation. Invite your neighbors and friends!
