Women's Caregiver Support Group
2:00-3:30 PM at NCBC in the Library at New Covenant
1st & 3rd Thursdays of the month
All are welcome!
Caregiving can be a demanding and overwhelming task accompanied by a wide range of emotions. There is great strength in knowing you are not alone and in sharing with others on a similar journey. The purpose of this support group is to provide a safe, confidential, Christ-centered environment to talk about our journeys. We strive to always "Encourage one another and build each other up." 1 Thessalonians 5:11
"This is a loving, caring group of women each on her own journey of caregiving for a loved one. We usually meet twice a month to share our stories and learn from each other. Our meetings open with God’s words of wisdom and close with humor. We share, we listen, we laugh, and we cry. I have learned so much!! I deeply value their friendship, encouragement, acceptance, and understanding. I have learned so much for each lady in the group." Dona
