Promotion Sunday, August 24 is just around the corner. On this day, all kids in Family Ministry will move up to their next grade level.
Here’s a quick preview of what’s changing for some of our age groups:
- Kindergartners move to The Lodge (K-2 at 9:00 AM, K-5 at 10:30 AM) downstairs on Sundays.
- 3rd Graders move to The Hangar at 9:00 on Sundays, but remain in The Lodge at 10:30 AM.
- 3rd–5th Graders will become eligible for our GO Groups, our midweek discipleship small groups that meet on Wednesdays.
- Middle School and High School students will continue to have no specific Sunday programming but are invited to join Youth Group on Wednesday nights beginning on August 27, for teaching, connection, and worship.
While we’re not holding our usual promotion picnic this year, we still want to mark the moment with some joy! Children are invited to pick up a balloon after church on August 24 to celebrate their big day. Look for the balloon station at the end of Main Street before you head home.
