Changing the World

A lot of manufacturing goes on in Eastern Iowa. From electronics, to tractors, to cereal, we make a lot of different stuff. Really good, quality stuff.

Jesus, too, is a manufacturer. When was the last time you paused to consider the good stuff that Jesus is making at New Covenant Bible Church? Or, more specifically, the good stuff that He is making in you?

Join us this Sunday as we explore Matthew 4:18-22 together. In this short encounter with Peter, Andrew, James, and John along the shores of the Sea of Galilee, we see Jesus beginning a manufacturing process that would change the world, a process that continues to change the world today, one person at a time. Jesus is manufacturing good, quality stuff. He's making disciples...right here, right now, in Eastern Iowa.

In Jesus'words, and in the response of these four men, we learn a lot about how Jesus takes raw material and uses it to produce something useful, something beautiful, something glorious in YOU! How does He do it?  What is His process? What part do you play in the making? Caution: the answers might just change your life. And that's what I'm praying for. Are you?
